Red Arrow's signature product is Grass Finished Ground Beef. 

Our ground beef is trimmed lean and includes many or the best cuts from the animal.

Ground Beef is 85% Lean minimum.

Ground beef is packaged in convenient 1 lb. bags and frozen. It is available in 3 lb. packages.

Ground Beef Pricing:

$ 23.00 for 3 lb package.

$ 16.00 for 2 lb package.

$  8.50 for 1 lb package.

$ 7.50 / lb. for 20+ lb.

Ground beef is available at the Ligonier Country Market and at the farm during May - October. 

Ground beef and honey are also available at the Farm during the rest of the year on the first and third Saturday of each month, or by appointment only.  Please call to arrange a time to pick up your order and specify the quantity.
