Red Arrow's signature product is Grass Fed Ground Beef.  Our ground beef is made from the entire animal, including the sirloin, steaks and roast cuts, making a most superior ground meat.

Ground Beef is 85% Lean minimum.

Ground beef is packaged in convenient 1 lb. bags and frozen. It is available in 3 lb. packages.

Ground beef and honey are available at the Ligonier Country Market and the Latrobe Farmers Market during May - October. 

Ground beef and honey are also available at the Farm during the rest of the year on the first Saturday of each month, or by appointment only.  Please call to arrange a time to pick up your order and specify the quantity.
